商 品 說 明 資 料

Bradford assay 與 BCA assay 為最常見兩種蛋白質定量方法。Bradford 染劑commassie 在酸性環境下與蛋白質結合，使試劑顏色由褐色轉為藍色，此專一性呈色與蛋白質濃度呈正比，透過檢測595 nm 的吸光值，並比對標準蛋白 (例如：BSA) 的校正曲線，可取得蛋白質濃度定量資料。


產品特點

．靈敏度範圍為1-1,000 μg/mL

．Bradford 試劑對還原劑 (reducing agent) 具有高耐受性，不易受其影響

．可採用 Microplate（96 孔盤） assay 與 Tube assay 兩種操作方式
